3.8 meter long, 3mm OD armour stainless steel jacketed, 3.55/125um, PM fiber patchcord for 488nm, terminated on one end with an ultra FC/PC connector which is pre-aligned and locked to PM slow axis, and on the other end with a Super PC polished and AR coated 2.5mm OD zirconia ferrule. AR: The 2.5mm OD ferrule endface is AR coated with <=0.5% reflectance at 488nm. SP: 1) The 3mm armor cabling runs from the FC connector to within 500mm of the ferrule end, where it ends with a steel bulkhead strain relief. 2) The remaining 500mm of fiber has 900 micron jacketing only. 3) Align the FC endface for minimum IL against matching patchcords prior to locking. Core offset aligned to connector key.
