1.20-0/+0.05 meter long, 0.25mm OD coated, 6/125 micron PM fiber with one end stripped with a 13±1mm strip length, then 8.0±0.5 degree angled polished (SP: polish axis is oriented 45±6 degrees clockwise with respect to the fiber stress rods) and finally AR coated with R<0.5% for 976-1064nm, R<1.0% at 1170nm. The other end is unterminated.
