1 meter, 3mm OD PVC cabled, 1550nm 8/125 PM fiber patchcord, terminated on one end with an angled FC/APC connector, on the other end with an 8° mechanically cleaved fiber and AR coated for R<0.1% over 1550±50nm on ferrule tip in an 1.8mm OD air gap ferrule. The connector end is prealigned and locked with respect to the slow axis.
