Pigtail style collimator for 750nm with a 3.5 meter long, 3mm OD PVC cabled, 5/125 SM fiber, a 4mm OD housing with a f=2.6mm GRIN lens with -25dB return loss and no connector. The output beam diameter will be 0.57mm. A 20mm OD removable flange, o-ring, mounting screws and a ball driver are also included.
