Polarization maintaining fused coupler for 1064nm, using 6/125um Panda PM fiber, 99/1 split ratio for light launched along the slow axis of the fiber. All three fiber ends are 1 meter long, 900µm OD jacketed with angle FC/APC connectors aligned and locked to the fiber slow axes on all ends.
